PADI Antikörper und Ähnliche Produkte

Santa Cruz Biotechnology bietet eine breite Palette von PADI-Antikörpern für die Untersuchung von Peptidylarginin-Deiminasen (PADIs), einer Enzymfamilie, die die posttranslationale Modifikation von Proteinen katalysiert. Monoklonale PADI-Antikörper eignen sich für zahlreiche Forschungsanwendungen, darunter Western Blotting (WB), Immunpräzipitation (IP), Immunfluoreszenz (IF), Immunhistochemie mit Paraffineinbettungen (IHCP), Durchflusszytometrie (FCM) und Enzymimmunoassay (ELISA). PADI-Enzyme sind an zahlreichen biologischen Prozessen beteiligt, u. a. an der Genregulation, der Immunantwort und der Entstehung von Autoimmunkrankheiten. Die Modifikation von Argininresten in Proteinen durch PADIs kann die Funktion und die Wechselwirkungen von Proteinen erheblich beeinflussen, was PADIs bei der Untersuchung von Entzündungen und neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen besonders wichtig macht. Das Verständnis der PADI-Aktivität ist für die Entwicklung neuer therapeutischer Ansätze von entscheidender Bedeutung. Forscher auf der ganzen Welt verlassen sich auf monoklonale PADI-Antikörper, um ihre Untersuchungen zellulärer und molekularer Mechanismen voranzutreiben.
