MDM2抗体（D-7）是一种IgG2bκ小鼠单克隆MDM2抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的MDM2。MDM2抗体（D-7）可作为非偶联抗MDM2抗体形式以及多种偶联形式的抗MDM2抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。p53是迄今为止人类癌症中最常见的突变基因。p53的表达通过阻止细胞从细胞周期的G1期进展到S期来抑制细胞生长。最重要的是，p53在细胞暴露于DNA损伤剂后，在细胞周期的G1期引起细胞阻滞。MDM2（鼠双微体2）蛋白最初是在小鼠转化系统中被鉴定为癌基因。MDM2的功能是结合p53并阻断p53介导的共转染报告构建体的反式激活。在保留野生型p53的人肉瘤中，MDM2基因被高比例扩增，而过表达MDM2的肿瘤细胞可以耐受高水平的p53表达。这些发现表明，MDM2过表达至少代表了一种在肿瘤发生过程中p53功能被破坏的机制。

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, MDM2 (D-7): sc-13161 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
