CD73抗体(D-12)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆CD73抗体(也称为5'-核苷酸酶抗体或NT5E抗体)，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人源性CD73蛋白。CD73抗体(D-12)既可以作为非偶联的抗CD73抗体形式，也可以作为多种偶联的抗CD73抗体形式，包括琼脂糖，HRP, PE, FITC和多个Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CD73（也称为5'-核苷酸酶、E5NT、NT、NT5、NTE、eN和eNT）是一种糖脂磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）抗体，可催化外源性嘌呤和嘧啶核苷酸的去磷酸化，以获得相应的生物活性核苷酸。CD73是两个相同亚基的二聚体，依赖GPI与细胞膜的外侧连接。与其他GPI抗体蛋白一样，CD73介导T细胞激活的共刺激信号。CD73具有少量结构变体，但通过内皮细胞（EC）、B和T细胞的亚群、胚珠中心毛细突状细胞和胸腺髓质网状纤维细胞的差异调控，发挥不同的生物学功能。例如，IgG介导的CD73中和干扰淋巴细胞与EC的粘附，并阻断胚珠中心B细胞和毛细突状细胞的聚集。此外，IgG介导的淋巴细胞CD73靶向（而非内皮细胞CD73靶向）会导致CD73的脱落和蛋白酪氨酸磷酸化。

The previous antibody, (CD73 (H-300) sc-25603, cross-reacted well with canine CD73 - has this antibody been used on canine cells?

Thank you for your question. This antibody does not currently have any data or product citations in canine cells. Please contact our Technical Service Department and we can assist you with performing sequence analysis of the antigen to predict potential cross reactivity with canine.

Can the product sc-398260 be used for detecting CD73 in mouse tissues?

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody in mouse tissues, and so it is currently only recommended for detection of human CD73. Please check back for updates!

Can you recommend a positive control to use with CD73 (D-12): sc-398260 for Western blot?

We recommend K-562 (sc-2203), Jurkat (sc-2204) or Hep G2 (sc-2227) whole cell lysates to use as positive controls as we have Western blot data showing specific detection of Rab 7 in these cell lines.

How can CD73 (D-12): sc-398260 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. CD73 (D-12): sc-398260 monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-398260 PE), fluorescein (sc-398260 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-398260 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-398260 AF647)
