购买了此抗体做IF。在HCT116 WT和HCT116 TRAF2 KO 细胞中进行染色，两者都染出来了，且亮度没有明显差异。细胞已进行WB TRAF2 含量检测，没有问题。染色时，所有试剂都是新配的，重复了两次结果一致。请问有什么解决方法吗。

Can mouse monoclonal antibody be used for WB of mouse B cell sample? Wouldn't the anti-mouse-HRP secondary antibody binds to the native IgG in B cells too? Does the anti-mouse secondary antibody only recognizes non-denatured form of mouse IgG?

Thank you for your question. Generally, there are no issues with secondary anti-mouse antibodies being used in western blots with samples from mouse. However, if you are concerned about unspecific binding of secondary antibodies, TRAF2 Antibody (F-2): sc-136999 and many other antibodies in our portfolio are available as direct conjugates, which do not require a secondary antibody.

Can TRAF2 (F-2): sc-136999 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, TRAF2 (F-2): sc-136999 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
