Stat2抗体（B-3）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆Stat2抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源Stat2蛋白。Stat2抗体（B-3）既可作为非偶联抗Stat2抗体形式，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗Stat2抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。各种配体（包括干扰素和生长激素，如EGF）通过膜受体信号传导诱导JAK激酶的激活，从而导致各种Stat转录因子的酪氨酸磷酸化。Stat1和Stat2由IFN-α诱导形成异二聚体，是ISGF3转录因子复合物的一部分。虽然早期报告表明Stat3由EGF和IL-6激活，但已证明Stat3β似乎由两者激活，而Stat3α由EGF激活，但不受IL-6激活。Stat4在睾丸和髓样细胞中表达最高。IL-12已被确定为Stat4的激活剂。Stat5已被证明可被催乳素和IL-3激活。Stat6参与IL-4激活的信号通路。
