RUNX2抗体（C-12）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆RUNX2抗体，通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的RUNX2。RUNX2抗体（C-12）既有非偶联形式的抗RUNX2抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗RUNX2抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。哺乳动物的Runt相关转录因子（RUNX）家族由三个成员组成：RUNX1（也称为AML-1、PEBP2αB、CBFA2）、RUNX2（也称为AML-3、PEBP2αA、CBFA1、Osf2）和RUNX3（也称为AML-2、PEBP2αC、CBFA3）。RUNX家族成员是结合DNA的蛋白质，调节涉及细胞分化和细胞周期进程的基因的表达。RUNX2对于骨骼矿化至关重要，因为它能刺激间充质干细胞的成骨分化，促进软骨细胞肥大，并有助于内皮细胞迁移和发育中骨骼的血管侵袭。调节RUNX2的表达可能成为促进骨形成的有用治疗工具。RUNX2的C末端突变与锁骨颅骨发育不良综合征有关，这是一种常染色体显性骨骼发育不良综合征，其特征是颅缝广泛开放、锁骨发育不全、多生牙和身材矮小。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from strong signal antibodiesI received these antibodies as a free of charge trial product. I found that they work great on various cell extracts, including sarcoma and osteosarcoma cell lines as well as MRC5 human fibroblasts. They produce a single band of ~56 kDa. I highly recommend using these antibodies for Western blotting.
