Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice results by WB on mouse colon extractsWe were able to detect the band at the proper MW on mouse colon extracts challenged by DNA damage. We used regular ECL and a 1/500 dilution for the ab. Saturation of the membrane and incubation with the ab was performed in TBS-Tween-5% non fat milk. The signal showed up after around 10 min of revelation
