Hola, para este anticuerpo es mejor para bloqueo leche, BSA %??, y que porcentaje de tween? y para lavar, PBS o TBS? Hello, for this antibody is better for blocking milk, BSA, %?? and what percentage of tween? and to wash, PBS or TBS?

Thank you for your question. We recommend blocking with 5% milk or 3% BSA with 0.05% Tween-20 for Western blot. We wash with TBS but PBS would work to. Hi, can i get a testing aliquot of this antibody for western blot? I need to examine PECAM protein level in human endothelial cells and would like to try out the antibody before we purchase a whole vial.

Hi, can PECAM-1 Anticuerpo (H-3) sc-376764 be used with mouse tissues in histochemistry without any background?

Is PECAM1 antibody (H3) conjugated to Alexa Fluor 594 stable to fixation and the subsequent solvents such as ethanol and xylene? If kept dark will it still fluoresce?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated antibody is a bright, red-fluorescent dye that provides stable imaging for immunofluorescent staining applications. Alexa Fluor 594 dye is pH-insensitive over a wide molar range. We recommend to perform all steps in the dark. Is this antibody suitable for IHC of frozen sections, specifically frozen rat brain?

Thank you for your question. PECAM-1 (H-3): sc-376764 is recommended for use with frozen tissue sections by IHC. PECAM-1 (H-3) has been demonstrated in several publications to stain rat tissue by IHC.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works wellI used the dilution with 1:100 for IF in mouse brain, without any antigen retrieval processes. When I tried the antigen retrieval with Hcl/ heating, it stained but not as good as the tissue stained normally. If you are doing the IF, then I recommend not to use the antigen retrieval.
