Can Occludin (F-11): sc-133255 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, Occludin (F-11): sc-133255 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst antibdy everWe bought this antibdoy thinking that it would work looking at the examples provided on the web page. It never worked in our hands even when used at 1:200 for Western blot analysis. We are using polarized airway epithelial cell lysates in which we usually saw abundat occludin when we were using antibdoy from Cell Signaling, which is now discontinued. As I had experienced before Santa Cruz antibodies are always hit or miss. So you have excess funds go for it
