Hello, I would like to use Notch-1 Antibody (A-8) primarily for western blot and later maybe for IC. Could you let me know if I could purchase the antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 and use it for WB Too or for WB only the HRP conjugated works?

Can I use this antibody for IF-P staining? If not which product can I use for IF tissue staining?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is recommended for IF and IHC(P), or immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

I purchased this Notch 1 antibody (A-8) to do western blot for human breast cancer cell lines lysates, but I am not sure where the band will appear in the gel (110KD or 210 KD?). Please tell me a relatively accurate position. THX~

Thank you for your question. The expected molecular weight for Notch one is ~300 kDa (precursor) and two possible cleaved forms which run around ~180 and ~115-120kDa.
