Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great antibody for western blottingHave been using this antibody for years to detect NEK2 in various human cell lines and primary cells with good results. 1:1000 dilution works well for most applications but if protein expression is low, I've used 1:500 and 1:250 with minimal background.
