mEH抗体(17)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆mEH抗体(也称为mEH抗体),可通过WB、IP和IF检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的mEH蛋白。mEH抗体(17)为非偶联抗mEH抗体。环氧化物水解酶(EHs)是一种生物转化酶,通过水的反式加成催化芳烃和脂肪族环氧化物水解为反应性较低、水溶性较高的二氢二醇。酶促水合作用基本上是不可逆的,主要产生反应性较低的代谢产物,这些代谢产物可以偶联并排泄,因此通常被视为解毒作用。微粒体EH(mEH)是参与内源性和外源性毒物(如烟草来源的致癌物)代谢的多种酶之一。mEH表现出广泛的底物特异性,而可溶性EH(sEH)是一种具有与mEH"互补"底物特异性的酶。mEH蛋白由EPHX1基因编码,该基因定位于1q42.12染色体。EPHX1基因的多态性是卵巢癌和肝细胞癌的危险因素。

I am using mEH (17): sc-135984 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for westernsWe ran this Ab on western blot of WT and mEH null liver lysates. Blocked with 5% NFM, ran Ab in 1:200 in PBST with 1% BSA. We got clear bands in WT. No bands in the null mice. Clean background.
