ME1抗体(C-6)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆ME1抗体(也称为ME1抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的ME1蛋白。ME1抗体(C-6)既可以是非偶联的抗ME1抗体形式,也可以是多种偶联形式的抗ME1抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。ME1(苹果酸酶1),也称为NADP-ME、MES或HUMNDME,是一种由572个氨基酸组成的细胞质蛋白,属于苹果酸酶家族。ME1在肝脏和白色脂肪组织中表达量最高,无处不在,作为一种NADP依赖性酶,催化S-苹果酸和NADP转化为丙酮酸、二氧化碳和NADPH(参与脂肪酸生物合成的还原剂)。ME1通过催化苹果酸的可逆氧化脱羧作用,将柠檬酸和糖酵解循环联系起来。ME1以同源四聚体形式存在,使用二价金属阳离子(如镁或锰)作为辅因子。ME1的表达受甲状腺激素水平和饮食中碳水化合物的调节,这表明ME1可能在细胞内作为管家蛋白发挥重要作用。

I am trying to use the AF647 conjugated antibody for flow cytometry using PFA fixation. I am not getting the expected results (based on western blotting), and I wondered if there is a recommended fixation for flow cytometry?

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with ME1 (C-6): sc-365891 monoclonal antibody?
