ME1抗体(99.1)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆ME1抗体,可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的ME1。ME1抗体(99.1)可作为非偶联的抗ME1抗体形式提供。ME1(苹果酸酶1),也称为NADP-ME、MES或HUMNDME,是一种由572个氨基酸组成的细胞质蛋白,属于苹果酸酶家族。ME1在肝脏和白色脂肪组织中表达量最高,且普遍存在,作为一种NADP依赖性酶,催化S-苹果酸和NADP转化为丙酮酸、二氧化碳和NADPH(参与脂肪酸生物合成的还原剂)。ME1通过催化苹果酸的可逆氧化脱羧作用,将柠檬酸和糖酵解循环联系起来。ME1以同源四聚体形式存在,使用二价金属阳离子(如镁或锰)作为辅因子。ME1的表达受甲状腺激素水平和饮食中碳水化合物的调节,这表明ME1可能在细胞内作为管家蛋白发挥重要作用。

Can sc-100569: ME1 (99.1) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-100569: ME1 (99.1) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
