Will the m-IgGk BP-HRP (sc-516102-CM) recognize the IgM kappa light chain of this Lamin A/C antibody? If not, which secondary antibody is suitable?

Thank you for your question. Yes, a mouse IgG binding protein will be able to pick up this IgM antibody. Unless you are using the Cruz Markers, you do not need to be using the CM form of the secondary (CM stands for Cruz Marker compatible). Thank you for your question. We do not recommend Lamin A/C Antibody (346): sc-7293 for the detection of Lamin A/C in flow cytometry.
However a different antibody, Lamin A/C Antibody (E-1): sc-376248, is available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for flow cytometry.
Lamin A/C Antibody (636): sc-7292 is available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 594, Alexa Fluor® 680, or Alexa Fluor® 790 for flow cytometry.

Not suitable for mouse IFI compared E-1 (sc-376248) and 346 (sc-7293) for IF of both MEF wt and MEF Lmna-/-. 346 is not capable of IF with mouse embryonic fibroblasts in our condition (4%PFA 15min fixation followed 1:500 dilution / 4C overnight reaction).
