IP3R-I/II/III抗体（B-2）是一种IgG2b小鼠单克隆IP3R-I/II/III抗体（也称为INSP3R1、IP3R1、IP3R抗体、IP3R2抗体、INSP3R2抗体、IP3R3抗体、INSP3R3抗体、肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸细胞内受体抗体、肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸受体抗体、内质网钙通道抗体、C端钙通道/N端配体结合受体抗体，用于检测肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸或外分泌、能量代谢和生长相关抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的IP3R-I/II/III蛋白。IP3R-I/II/III抗体（B-2）既有非偶联抗IP3R-I/II/III抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗IP3R-I/II/III抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸（IP3）作为第二信使，对多种细胞外刺激物（包括激素、生长因子和神经递质）起作用。受体酪氨酸激酶通过激活磷脂酶（如磷脂酶C（PLC））间接增加细胞内IP3水平，将磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸转化为IP3和二酰甘油（DAG）。肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸受体（IP3R）在多种细胞类型中作为肌醇三磷酸（IP3）门控钙释放通道起作用。已描述了三种IP3受体亚型，分别命名为IP3R-I、IP3R-II和IP3R-III。IP3R-I是神经元组织和中枢神经系统中表达的主要IP3R亚型，但在肝脏中也有高水平表达。

Is antigen retrieval necessary when using this antibody in IHC(P)?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This antibody does not recognize IP3R-IIIWe tried this antibody using lysates from cells expressing R1 only, R2 only, R3 only. Conclusion: this antibody recognized R2 very strongly but did not recognize R3 at all ( Human R3 or rat R3). Also, it recognized over-expressed R1 very very weakly. Therefore, it is not a pan-antibody.
