IP3R-I抗体（E-8）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆IP3R-I抗体（也称为INSP3R1、IP3R1、IP3R抗体、肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸细胞内受体抗体、肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸受体抗体、内质网钙通道抗体、C端钙通道/N端配体结合受体抗体，用于检测肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸或与外分泌、能量代谢和生长相关的抗体）。该抗体可以通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA方法检测来自小鼠、大鼠和人类的IP3R-I蛋白。IP3R-I抗体（E-8）既有非偶联形式的抗IP3R-I抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗IP3R-I抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸（IP3）是许多细胞外刺激物（包括激素、生长因子和神经递质）的第二信使。受体酪氨酸激酶通过激活磷脂酶（如磷脂酶C（PLC））间接增加细胞内IP3水平，这些酶将磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸转化为IP3和二酰甘油（DAG）。肌醇1,4,5-三磷酸受体（IP3R）在各种细胞类型中充当由肌醇三磷酸（IP3）门控的钙释放通道。已经描述了三种IP3受体亚型，分别命名为IP3R-I、IP3R-II和IP3R-III。IP3R-I是主要在神经元组织和中枢神经系统中表达的IP3R亚型，但在肝脏中也有高水平表达。

Hello, all that says this antibody works good, may I ask, which secondary are you using to detect it, I tried the m-IgGκ BP-CFL 555 (1:200) and I do not see signal at all, I used cerebellum as positive control, and no signal.

Why does the band appear @ 200 KD while the protein is 300KD?

Can IP3R-I (E-8): sc-271197 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, IP3R-I (E-8): sc-271197 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.

Used with success at 1:400 and 1:500 dilution in 5% milk in TBST, detected with Donkey anti-mouse HRP secondary.
