Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Flow CitometryI received this as a free sample. First I tried it with a dilution 1ul of antibody per 200000 cells and it didn´t work. Then I tried it with a dilution 2ul per 200000 cells and I obteined great results.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great antibody for section stainingWe used this antibody to label a6 integrin in cryostat sections of adult peripheral nerve samples. It produced a very nice stain showing the basal lamina of the adult nerve. We used the antibody 1/100; Permeablisation: 1% BSA, 0.25% Tx-100 in PBS for 30 minutes; blocking and dilution solution: 3% BSA, 0.05% Tx-100 in PBS.
