组胺H1受体抗体(G-11)是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆组胺H1受体抗体(也称作组胺受体H1抗体、组胺H1受体抗体、HH1R抗体、H1R抗体、组胺受体亚类H1抗体、HisH1抗体或H1-R抗体),能够通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人类来源的组胺H1受体蛋白。组胺H1受体抗体(G-11)可以以非偶联型抗组胺H1受体抗体形式以及多种偶联型抗组胺H1受体抗体形式供应,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC以及多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。组胺是一种普遍表达的炎性介质,具有广泛的药理作用。具体来说,它在中枢神经系统、胃肠道、呼吸系统和免疫系统中发挥作用。组胺的作用由一组G蛋白偶联受体介导,即组胺H1、H2、H3和H4受体。编码人类组胺H1受体的基因定位于3号染色体p25区,在胎盘中表达量最高,在肺、骨骼肌、肾脏和大脑中表达量较低。小鼠组胺H2受体基因定位于13号染色体,在胃中高表达,在脑和心脏中表达量中等。编码人类组胺H3受体的基因位于20号染色体上,在丘脑中以六种替代剪接变体形式表达。人类组胺H4受体基因定位于18号染色体q11区,在骨髓和脾脏中表达量最为丰富,此外还表达于外周血白细胞、胸腺、小肠和结肠中。组胺受体对多种激动剂和拮抗剂有反应,因此成为哮喘、癫痫和心肌缺血等多种疾病潜在的治疗靶点。
