Would be possible to see the Full lenght and N-terminal fragmentation in western blott analysis?

Thank you for your question. GSDMDC1 Antibody (H-11): sc-393581 is specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 169-188 within an internal region of GSDMDC1 of mouse origin. The antibody will not detect the N-terminal murine protein fragment A0A2R8W727-1, if that is what you are referring to. This fragment only covers an amino acid range from aa 1-57 of the full-length protein, which does not correspond to the antibody's epitope region.
