Hello, I am using Anti Fak SC-1688 in WB, but I see another bands in 250, 75 and 50 kD. Why is it recognizing other proteins?

I am planning on performing some IHC. Do you have recommendations for doing this will only mouse monoclonal antibodies?

We suggest using directly conjugated primary antibodies. For immunostaining, consider using sc-271126 which is available conjugated to FITC, AF647, and AF488.
