AR/雄激素受体抗体（AN1-15）是一种IgG2a大鼠单克隆AR抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）和免疫荧光（IF）检测小鼠、大鼠和人的AR。AR/雄激素受体抗体（AN1-15）既可以是非偶联的抗AR抗体形式，也可以是偶联的抗AR抗体形式。雄激素对男性表型和男性生殖生理的发育、维持和调节具有广泛的影响。雄激素受体（AR）是属于配体依赖性转录因子的类固醇超家族成员。ARs以高亲和力且几乎相同的亲和力结合两种生物活性雄激素，即睾酮（T）和双氢睾酮（DHT）；然而，T的结合和解离速率比DHT快约三倍。这种差异引发了人们的猜测，即这些结合动力学的差异是否可以解释T和DHT的不同生理作用。AR的一个显著特点是它在没有配体的情况下会迅速降解。现在已经确定，雄激素结合至少会使雄激素稳定性提高六倍，并且配体诱导的AR稳定是高度雄激素特异性的。

Thank you for your question. This rat monoclonal was raised against a 241 amino acid fusion protein derived from AR of human origin. Unfortunately the exact epitope has not been mapped.
