It produced a very nice stain showing the basal lamina of the adult nerve. We used the antibody 1/100; Permeablisation: 1% BSA, 0.25% Tx-100 in PBS for 30 minutes; blocking and dilution solution: 3% BSA, 0.05% Tx-100 in PBS.
