WD-重复蛋白5(WDR5,也称为BMP-2诱导基因3kb或BIG-3)属于WD-40重复蛋白家族,对脊椎动物发育、Hox基因激活和全局H3K4三甲基化至关重要。WDR5是Trithorax(TRX)组蛋白甲基转移酶复合物的保守亚基,选择性结合组蛋白H3中的二甲基化Lys4(K4me2),通过TRX促进K4三甲基化。它在成骨细胞、软骨细胞、骨细胞和骨髓基质细胞中表达。WDR5蛋白含有7个WD重复序列,可能在加速成骨细胞分化的功能中发挥作用。

I am using WDR5 (SF-14): sc-100895 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
