VPAC2抗体(5B3)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆VPAC2抗体(也称为VPAC2抗体),可通过WB、IP和ELISA检测人源VPAC2蛋白。VPAC2抗体(5B3)为非偶联的抗VPAC2抗体。血管活性肠肽(VIP)和垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活多肽(PACAP)属于肽激素超家族,包括胰高血糖素、促胰液素和生长激素释放激素。VIP和PACAP的作用由三种G蛋白偶联受体介导,即VPAC1、VPAC2和PACAP受体(也称为PAC1-R)。VPAC受体对VIP和PACAP具有相等的亲和力,可刺激腺苷酸环化酶的激活。VPAC1和VPAC2均在脑和T细胞中大量表达,分别调节神经元分化和T细胞活化。PACAP受体是一种七次跨膜蛋白,通过选择性剪接产生至少八种同工型。每种同工型都与特定的信号通路和特定的表达模式相关。PACAP受体在大脑发育中起着不可或缺的作用,它优先与PACAP结合,以刺激cAMP-蛋白激酶A信号通路。

Hola, Me gustaría saber porque en la ficha tecnica del anticuerpo, el peso molecular indica que es de 65 kDa, pero en la foto del WB, la banda sale por debajo de 50 kDa

The molecular weight of 65 kDa that is stated on the product's datasheet relies on data from these publications: PMID 11072126 (65 kDa), PMID 10617284 (VPAC1=58 kDa, VPAC2=68 kDa). However, there is also data indicating a lower molecular weight, which is in line with the image shown on the product page and datasheet: https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P41587. For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with VPAC2 (5B3): sc-135604 antibody?
