Vasohibin-1抗体（C-6）是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆Vasohibin-1抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Vasohibin-1蛋白。Vasohibin-1抗体（C-6）可作为非偶联抗Vasohibin-1抗体使用。血管生成主要由几种不同的促血管生成刺激物（如血管内皮生长因子（VEGF））和一组多样的内皮细胞外源性内源性抑制剂之间的平衡来调节。Vasohibin是一种分泌蛋白，它通过特定的自我调节反馈抑制反应以自分泌方式抑制血管生成。它抑制内皮细胞的增殖、迁移和网络形成。此功能对内皮细胞具有特异性，因为它不影响其他细胞类型的迁移。Vasohibin主要在脑和胎盘组织的内皮中表达，在胎儿器官中表达量最高。VEGF和成纤维细胞生长因子2上调Vasohobin的表达。在体外，Vasohibin不影响癌细胞的增殖，但确实抑制肿瘤生长和血管生成。
