We recommend using sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) with heat treatment for antigen retrieval with this antibody.

How can Trk (B-3): sc-7268 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Trk (B-3): sc-7268 monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-7268 PE), fluorescein (sc-7268 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-7268 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-7268 AF647)

How should the blocking peptide sc-7268 P be used?

Lot No. A1122 works nicely with 30ug lung lysate, incubated with 1:250 dilution, at 4oC, O/N. But Lot C0423, gave no signal at all, with the same samples, same condition. The membrane was totally blank, while there was abundant expression of of the housekeeping gene
