TRAP抗体（D-3）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆TRAP抗体（也称为PPA5抗体、酸性磷酸酶5抗体、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5型抗体、抗酒石酸酸性ATP酶抗体、TrATPase抗体、HPAP抗体、5型酸性磷酸酶抗体、TRACP5a抗体或TRACP5b抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测人源TRAP蛋白。TRAP抗体（D-3）既可以是非偶联的抗TRAP抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗TRAP抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（TRAP，ACP5）是一种含铁的糖蛋白，可催化正磷酸单酯转化为醇和正磷酸。TRAP是酸性磷酸酶中最基本的一种，也是唯一一种不被L(+)-酒石酸抑制的形式。TRAP是一种相对较小的溶酶体酶，在某些病理学中可能被激活，如霍奇金病和B细胞和T细胞白血病。NFkB配体的受体激活剂（RANKL）通过增加蛋白酶破骨细胞标志物（如TRAP）的表达，在破骨细胞分化和激活中发挥重要作用。TRAP具有胶原酶活性，在韧带降解中发挥重要作用。

Hello, I bought an anti-TRAP antibody conjugated with Alexa Fluor® 594. Can this antibody be used also for classic WB as normal primary antibody? Thank you, Mattia

Thank you for your question. We recommend using either the unconjugated version with an appropriate primary antibody or the HRP conjugated version of this antibody for western blotting.

I am using TRAP (D-3): sc-376875 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
