TLR9抗体（26C593）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆TLR9抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和FCM检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的TLR9。TLR9抗体（26C593）可作为非共轭抗TLR9抗体形式。Toll样受体（TLR）是一类人类受体，与果蝇Toll受体具有同源性，后者参与介导果蝇胚胎发育中的背腹侧极化并参与宿主免疫。TLR家族成员的特点是高度保守的Toll同源（TH）结构域，这对于Toll诱导的信号转导至关重要。TLRs是I型跨膜受体，含有一个由几个富含亮氨酸的区域和单一的细胞质Toll/IL-1R样结构域组成的细胞外结构域。TLR家族的三个成员，即TLR7、TLR8和TLR9，属于差异表达的TLRs亚家族。TLR7在肺、胎盘和脾脏中表达。TLR8在肺和外周血白细胞中表达，而TLR9主要在脾脏、淋巴结、骨髓和外周血白细胞中表达。TLR7、TLR8和TLR9刺激NFκB信号通路，表明它们在免疫反应中发挥作用。

I used this antibody for WB. It gives two bands of 100 and 150. Why is that?

Thank you for your question. The molecular weight for the TLR9 protein can vary quite a bit as the unglycosylated form can run as low as 100-110kDa, and the glycosylated form can run as high as 150-160kDa. If you need further assistance, please contact technical service directly.
