Do you know if the anti TLR4 clone MTS510 works (IHC) on chicken tissues?? Or do you have a clone against TLR4 who does works onchicken? I read an article (ansari 2017, bursal atrophy, TLR4) he used an antibody of santa cruz that works in chicken,

How much is the molecular weight of TLR4 Antibody (MTS510)（sc-13591）? Is the unit of this regent 1ml?

LR4 Antibody (MTS510) is a rat monoclonal raised against Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/MD-2 complex of mouse origin. The exact epitope has not been determined.

What negative control should be used when using the conjugated version of TLR4 (MTS510) monoclonal antibody in flow cytometry?

Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend using the isotype specific normal rat IgG conjugated to the same fluorophore. For example, if you are using sc-13591 PE, then you would want to use normal rat IgG2a PE, sc-2872.
