Smad3抗体(38-Q)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆Smad3抗体,可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Smad3。Smad3抗体(38-Q)为非偶联的抗Smad3抗体形式。Smad蛋白是果蝇Mothers against dpp(Mad)的哺乳动物同源物,已被证实为TGFβ/BMP信号的下游效应器。Smad1(也称为Madr1或JV4-1)、Smad5和哺乳动物Smad8(也称为Smad9或MADH6)是BMP2和BMP4功能的效应器,而Smad2(也称为Madr2或JV18-1)和Smad3则参与TGFβ和激活素介导的生长调节。已证实Smad4(也称为DPC4)通过与各种Smad家族成员相互作用来介导上述所有活动。Smad6和Smad7通过干扰TGFβ介导的其他Smad家族成员的磷酸化来调节对激活素/TGFβ信号的应答。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from my review for Smad3 (38-Q, sc-101154) antibodyI tested a free antibody for Smad3 (38-Q, sc-101154) antibody using mouse fibrotic kidney samples for Western blot. We loaded 80 ug proteins in each slot in the SDS gel. The antibody was diluted in 1:500 in 3% BSA/PBST and incubated overnight with the blot. We can observe a very clear band around 55 kd. We have repeated this experiment several times and used the fresh diluted antibody on the fresh blot.
