Can this antibody be used for detected phosphorylated smad2 via IF in free floating coronal brain sections? Or do you have another antibody for that? Kindly let me know.

Thank you for your question. Our Smad2 (YZ-13) sc-101153 antibody is appropriate for detection total Smad2, phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated, in IF. We have not specifically validated it for free floating sections. We do not currently have a p-Smad2 specific antibody. Can Smad2 (YZ-13): sc-101153 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, Smad2 (YZ-13): sc-101153 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
