Can SH-PTP2 (B-1): sc-7384 monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. SH-PTP2 (B-1): sc-7384 monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to PE, FITC, Alexa Fluor 488 or Alexa Fluor 647.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing performance in an IP reactionI bought this SH-PTP2 antibody to pulldown SHP2 from a cell lysate (overexpressor of SHP2 protein). I had previously done pulldowns with a different antibody. Photos attached. The Santa Cruz antibody gave a weaker pulldown and has a smear of protein showing up under the main 70kD band. Compare to the previous result. I'm a little disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great antibody for western blotThe batch of antibody I have worked well on BJAB, HeLa, MCF7, Jurkat and K562 total cell extracts for western Blot. The band is specific. The antibody was diluted 200 times into 5% BSA, TBST and incubated over-night at 4°C.
