Thank you for your question. This monoclonal antibody is specific for an epitope for Rsk-1, and is not expected to cross-react with other Rsk family members. Potential cross-reactivity has not been evaluated experimentally.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Potent and fairly specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was medium detection of the ~90 kDa target protein in a HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix, but not detected in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested. A ~26 kDa strong cross-reactive protein was evident in the HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix.
