PTPκ抗体（H-3）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆PTP kappa抗体（也称为PTPκ抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的PTP kappa蛋白。PTPκ抗体（H-3）既有非偶联抗PTP kappa抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗PTP kappa抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶或PTPs是I型跨膜蛋白、膜相关蛋白或定位于核的蛋白。跨膜PTPs的例子有LAR、PTPα、PTPβ、PTPγ、PTPδ、PTPε、PTPΩ、PTPκ和PTPµ。跨膜PTPs在发育过程和成人组织中发挥多种作用。免疫耗竭研究表明LAR是胰岛素受体磷酸化的调节因子。PTPα活性在响应佛波酯刺激时增加两倍，导致PKC家族成员直接或间接的丝氨酸磷酸化。在乳腺肿瘤中过表达v-H-ras和Neu（而非Myc或Int2）已被证明可诱导PTPε表达。选择性剪接事件导致神经组织特异的硫酸皮肤素蛋白聚糖，称为磷蛋白聚糖，代表PTPΩ的氨基末端部分。PTPκ和PTPµ共享一个保守的氨基末端160个氨基酸的MAM结构域，该结构域促进同型结合。PTPµ定位于细胞接触点，可能参与调节体内钙粘蛋白/连环蛋白复合物的组装和拆卸。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good antibody for Western blottingThis product has been independently tested and validated in-house at Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation as a very potent and fairly specific antibody for Western blotting with lysates from diverse human cell lines. In immunoblots with a mix of A431, HepG2 and MCF7 cell lysates, this antibody strongly detects a ~150 kDa protein, which is slightly lower than the predicted size of ~162 kDa, but likely to be the intended target. This antibody also very strongly cross-reacts with a ~37 kDa protein in these cell lysates.
