PSA抗体（A67-B/E3）是一种鼠单克隆IgG1 kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、石蜡包埋切片免疫组织化学（IHCP）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测人源前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）。抗-PSA抗体（A67-B/E3）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。前列腺特异性抗原，也称为与激肽酶相关的蛋白酶3（KLK3），是一种主要在前列腺中产生的丝氨酸蛋白酶，其中PSA通过水解精液浆中的主要蛋白精液凝胶蛋白I，在精液液化中起着至关重要的作用。这种酶活性对于男性生育能力至关重要，因为PSA可使精子在射精后自由游动。血液中PSA水平升高通常与前列腺癌有关，因此PSA是早期发现和监测前列腺癌的重要生物标志物。此外，PSA在其他组织（包括乳腺组织）中也存在，这表明PSA在多种癌症中可能发挥重要作用。PSA单克隆抗体（A67-B/E3）可在多种应用中精确检测这种重要蛋白质，因此PSA（A67-B/E3）抗体成为研究人员研究前列腺健康和疾病的重要工具。

rat 에서 PSA 를 검출하고 싶은데 이 antibody는 human만 검출이 됩니까? 그렇다면 혹시 rat 까지 검출할 수 있는 PSA antibody가 있습니까?

I would like to use this antibody for a double stain I am planning. How can that work with only mouse monoclonal antibodies?

We recommend using conjugated primary antibodies. This product, sc-7316, is available directly conjugated to FITC, AF488, and AF 647.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good ab for IFI used this Ab on FFPE human prostate tissue sections. The first time I did EDTA/Tris antigen retrieval in a pressure cooker at 100C for 10 minutes and had some non-specific binding. I tried again with Sodium Citrate at 100C for 5 minutes and was able to get a more specific stain at 1:300. The staining is much brighter than the 2ndary only control (left).
