PACAP受体抗体（1B5）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG1 kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测人类来源的PACAP受体蛋白。抗PACAP受体抗体（1B5）以非结合形式提供。PACAP受体，也称为垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活多肽受体，在各种生理过程中发挥着至关重要的作用，包括神经保护、神经发生和应激反应调节。PACAP受体主要位于中枢神经系统和外周组织中，负责调节神经递质的释放和神经元的兴奋性。PACAP受体在大脑中的存在凸显了其在神经发育和神经稳态维持中的重要性。作为G蛋白偶联受体家族的一员，PACAP受体具有七个跨膜结构域，可促进PACAP配体的结合并激活细胞内信号通路，如cAMP-蛋白激酶A。通过选择性剪接产生的多种异构体可在不同组织中发挥不同的功能，使PACAP受体成为神经生物学研究和潜在治疗干预的重要靶标。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for PLAWe got this Ab as a sample. We tested cell surface expression of human PAC1R after overexpression as well as in a cell line endogenously expressing this receptor using PLA. And it worked pretty well. So we decided to buy a regular one.
