P2Y1抗体（E-1）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆P2Y1抗体（也称为P2RY1抗体、P2Y嘌呤受体1抗体、嘌呤能受体抗体或ADP受体抗体），可通过蛋白质印迹、免疫沉淀、免疫荧光和酶联免疫吸附试验检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的P2Y1蛋白。P2Y1抗体（E-1）既有非偶联抗P2Y1抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗P2Y1抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。核苷酸正成为重要的细胞外信号分子，介导多种效应，如增殖、分化、趋化和细胞因子释放。P2受体家族通过核苷酸的结合而被激活，分为P2X和P2Y两个亚家族。P2X受体家族由配体门控离子通道组成，这些通道响应细胞外ATP而增加钙离子进入细胞的通透性。P2Y受体家族是G蛋白偶联受体，主要通过激活磷脂酶C来介导细胞外核苷酸的作用。在一定程度上，P2Y受体还可以激活钾通道，或者抑制细胞外核苷酸作用下的腺苷酸环化酶和N型钙通道。P2Y受体在不同组织类型中表达有差异，如心脏、肺和大脑。然而，所有P2Y受体均在白细胞中表达，这表明P2Y受体家族在白细胞和血小板响应炎症或血管损伤的激活中发挥作用。
