人类视网膜母细胞瘤基因产物Rb在细胞增殖的负调控中起着重要作用。Rb家族包括p107和p130，它们与E2F蛋白形成复合物，并在腺病毒E1A结合域（即"口袋区"）中享有高度的结构同源性，这在这些蛋白的功能中起着主要作用。Rb家族成员在G1中期到S期过渡期间经历细胞周期依赖性磷酸化，这取决于细胞周期蛋白D/cdk4的活性。与pRb和p107相反，p130也在细胞周期的G0期和G1早期发生磷酸化。p130在因血清剥夺或密度阻滞而停滞在G0期的细胞中的丝氨酸和苏氨酸残基上发生特异性磷酸化，这些残基聚集在p130特有的短共线性区域内，定义为Loop。

Can p130 (DCS-215): sc-53641 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, p130 (DCS-215): sc-53641 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
