what kinda stripping buffer are u using? My buffer is configured 14.4M 2-mercaptoethanol, 10% SDS, 1M Tris-HCl[pH6.7], MilliQ.

Thank you for your question. We sell our own proprietary Western Blot Stripping Buffer, 500 ml sc-281698. The buffer components are not available.

Are there any issues with using sc-136519: p-NOS3 (pT495.33) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody.
