Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good antibodyWorks at 1:200 dilution with HIKARI solution (Nacalai) O/N. Clear bands appeared around 16 - 18 kD in the lysate of an ovarian cancer cells. Some background signals also recognised around 60 and 130 kD. NacalaiのHIKARI solに1:200で希釈し、4℃で一晩インキュベートして使用。 卵巣癌細胞株のライセートで16~18 kD付近にバンドが検出できました。 他にも60および130 kD付近にバンドが出ました。
