I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of monkey origin. Do you know if sc-59859: Mucin 2 (B306.1) mouse monoclonal antibody will work?

Bonjour, Auriez-vous l'exemple d'un résultat de western-blot ayant fonctionné contre une Mucin2 (mouse) ? J'ai déja un anticorps santa cruz anti mucin2 mais celui ci ne fonctionne qu'en IF. Je cherche celui qui me permettra de la détecter en WB.

Merci pour votre question. L'anticorps Mucin 2 (B306.1): sc-59859 est recommandé pour la détection de Mucin 2 de souris, rat et humaine par les techniques de Western Blot, IF and IHC(P). Nous n'avons malheureusement pas d'image de résultats en Western Blot pour cet anticorps. (PMID: 21278735 pour la détection de Mucin 2 de souris).
