What are the upper and lower bands for MPO(C3) WB in mouse samples?

Thank you for your question. This data is representative of what we observed using this antibody in mouse PBL. We have not further characterized the identity of both bands.

Do you have anti-mouse MPO antibody for flow cytometry? If you do please send me the catalog number and data sheet. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. This antibody, sc-390109, is our only mouse reactive MPO antibody. It has not been tested for FCM, so we can't recommend it for that use. It is very possible that it would work just fine for that use. Please contact Technical Service if you have any further questions.
