How can MPO light chain (A-5): sc-365436 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to HRP (sc-365436 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-365436 PE), fluoroscein (sc-365436 FITC) and AlexaFluors.
