Met抗体（B-2）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG1 kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、免疫组织化学和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠和大鼠来源的Met。Met单克隆抗体（B-2）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物，可满足不同实验需求。Met，又称c-Met，是一种具有天然酪氨酸激酶活性的跨膜受体，在细胞增殖、运动和形态发生等过程中发挥着关键作用。在组织再生和修复方面，Met的功能尤为重要，因为Met是肝细胞生长因子的受体，而肝细胞生长因子是肝脏再生过程中的关键因子。c-Met信号传导失调与多种癌症有关，因此Met成为治疗干预的重要靶点。c-Met 癌基因最初是通过转染分析从化学诱导的人类骨肉瘤衍生出的 NIH/3T3 细胞中鉴定的，这凸显了 Met 在肿瘤发生中的重要性。此外，在某些人类胃癌细胞系中，Met 存在酪氨酸磷酸化，这强调了 Met 在肿瘤进展和转移中的潜在作用。
