Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent antibody, highly recomended.This monoclonal antibody is very good, can detect multiple Map2 isoforms, I have seen a strong clean band in rat dorsal root ganglion neuron around 75kDa which seems to be Map2 isoform 2D. Clean band in western as well as 2D isoelectric focusing/SDS-PAGE. It also detected high molecular weight Map2A and 2B isoforms (>250kDa). Highly recommend this antibody.
