Rated 1 out of 5 by from This antibody used to be my favorite!I use this antibody to label the muscle sarcolemma across different species (human, non-human primates, dogs, and mice). It was reliable and had excellent fluorescence staining, but I tested it this time on canine gastrocnemius cryosection and was very disappointed. I tried several protocols, and so far, no staining at all!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not work in IHCWe got some antibodies from Santa cruz. We did not get any Laminin a2 signal in our IHC staining. Other antibodies are under testing. We hope some of them show signal. Anyway still appreciate for these samples.
