Can this antibody be used for immunohistochemistry?

Thank you for your question. We recommend this antibody for IF, or immunofluorescent staining of fresh or frozen tissues or cells fixed in acetone or methanol. There are many citations using this antibody for IF with PFA-fixation, as well as for ICC. There is one publication using the antibody for IHC, PMID: 28369137.

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of non-mammalian origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
