Jun D抗体(D-9)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Jun D抗体(也称为JUND抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Jun D蛋白。Jun D抗体(D-9)既有非偶联抗Jun D抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗Jun D抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。激活蛋白-1(AP-1)转录因子由Jun/Jun同二聚体或Fos/Jun异二聚体复合物组成。同二聚体和异二聚体结合于存在于众多启动子中的TGACTCA共识序列,并最初被鉴定为佛波酯肿瘤启动子反应元件(TRE)。Jun B和Jun D在其C末端区域中与c-Jun几乎相同,都涉及二聚化和DNA结合,而它们的N末端结构域则涉及转录激活,有所不同。这三种都与c-Fos和Fos基因家族的其他成员形成异二聚体。研究表明,Jun D的两种形式可能是由于翻译的内部起始造成的。

Thank you for your question. We recommend a dilution range between 1:50 and 1:500 for IHC with this antibody. The ideal concentration is strongly dependent on your particular sample and experimental setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent specificityI checked this ab by comparison to very established rabbit polyclonal counterpart by Western blotting analysis. They detected endogenous JunD, and delta JunD in cell Lysander from C2C12 and HEK293T. There is no non specific reactivity @1:2500 dilution. Ectopically expressed JunD was detected as well.
