Is this antibody produced in goat Is this antibody suitable for immunopanning astrocytes

It has not been tested for immunopanning, but is warrantied for use for standard immunoprecipitation use. Can I use this antibody for Western Blotting of multiple myeloma cell lines?

Thank you for your question. Integrin β5 Antibody (F-5): sc-398214 is recommended for detection of Integrin β5 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA, so if the myeloma cells you are using originate from one of these species, the antibody should detect Integrin β5 without issue.
